Xemplify 2022
XIM University’s School of Communications recently hosted Xemplify 2022-23, an interactive media conference on February 15, 2023, Wednesday. The aim of the conference was to highlight the importance of communication channels functioning as a whole, rather than in separate divisions.
In today’s technological age, advancements have altered the way businesses operate, and customers have become increasingly skeptical. Companies and brands are constantly re-examining their global market positioning in order to maintain a level of prudence and quality. Authenticity and reciprocity in brand transactions are key to instilling transparency in audiences, allowing them to relate to the public image.
To address pertinent concerns on how reciprocity assists customer connections and helps popular businesses maintain their share of voice in the market, XIM University’s School of Communications organized a conference on “Practicing Digital Marketing: Authenticity and Reciprocity.” Esteemed speakers for the event included Mr. Tanupam Akuli, Consultant, Marketing Communications, Mr. Abhirup Chatterjee, Digital Strategy Expert, and Former Associate Director of MSL, India, and Mr. Animesh Goswami, Managing Partner of Confiance Mobility Ltd.
